Our Impact since 2019
We created Joshua’s Gift because no family should have to navigate the autism and IDD journey alone. Every family deserves access to resources, education, advocacy, meaningful experiences, and a community that believes in the limitless potential of every individual regardless of ability.
What began in 2019 as a simple desire to help families in our community has grown into a movement of compassion, connection, advocacy, and service. Through Joshua’s Gift, we have worked to ensure that children and adults with autism and intellectual and developmental disabilities are not only supported, but accepted, respected, included, and celebrated for who they are.
Over the years, our programs have touched families in many different ways from helping a child start the school year with confidence, to creating joyful holiday memories, to providing opportunities for families to experience their communities together without fear of judgment or exclusion.

4,000+ law enforcement officers trained through CODE JOSHUA, equipping first responders with greater understanding of autism and IDD and helping create safer, more informed interactions during emergencies and crisis situations.
